A lot of positive things in the Swiss online media market: the 600 offers have become more professional and the number of users has risen significantly. More than half of Swiss radio/audio and TV/video consumption is already on the Internet. Users' willingness to pay and interest in web media in the advertising market have also grown.
These are results from the "Online Media Monitoring 2019", which was compiled by Goldmedia on behalf of the Federal Office of Communications OFCOM (www.bakom.admin.ch). The study on the Swiss online audio and video market is based on an extensive survey of web media providers and users in June/July 2019.
