Online survey on shopping behavior online and in-store

In a representative study for the location-based service provider GETTINGS, Goldmedia Research asked users about their shopping behavior online and in-store: Despite booming business online, consumers do not want to give up fixed outlets in the future.

91 percent of those questioned are convinced that in spite of increased online shopping, fixed outlets will always exist. 85 percent of the study's participants believe that Internet and fixed outlets will complement each other more strongly in future.
