Determining the market potential of mobile TV

Within the framework of a DVB-H-pilot project Goldmedia is investigating the market potential of mobile TV for a consortium, based on extensive market research.

Employing an auditorium test and a representative survey, the general acceptance of mobile broadcasting services, as well as favoured contents and potential customers’ willingness to pay were determined. Conjoint analyses were part of the methodology mix.
