Restructuring the board for directors for a start-up

Goldmedia supported the CEO of a new media company in identifying the changing demands on the board of directors after the end of a two-year, dynamic phase of growth.

Following intensive discussions with the company founders, the board divisions were restructured, and suitable, experienced managers for the next phase were identified.

The goal was to continue the company’s success with a new board, developing from the initial start-up culture into a well-organized, but still innovative and dynamic market player.
