Goldmedia German comedy Pastewka is on the way to streaming hit

Berlin, 6th February 2018. The recent season of the comedy series „Pastewka“ has brilliantly started on Amazon Prime Video. According to measurements of Goldmedia-VoD-Ratings the popular format obtained in the first broadcasting weeks (from 26.01.2018 to 02.02.2018) overall 1,3 million gross viewers ranking the most streamed series on Amazon Prime. Comedy is the second most popular genre after drama for the VoD services.

Thanks to VoD-Ratings the Goldmedia Research and Consultancy groups are able to continuously collect the usage of fee-based VoD platforms in Germany (www.vod-ratings.de). About gross reach, it captures the number of viewers calculated for all episodes of a series.
