New position for digital strategy

In the context of developing a global digital strategy for a leading company in the sport marketing sector, Goldmedia put the internal digital implementation competence on a whole new footing. This meant that the existing, successful structures in managing key accounts and the sales department could be sensibly supplemented and connected with additional digital skills.

As this position was created in a flat structure organized along project lines, it enabled additional resources to be procured in a goal-oriented manner for long-term implementation of the planned digital measures, as well as valuable transfer of know-how to other projects.
