Strategy consulting for major telecommunications company

The project included the following tasks:

Development of midterm and long term strategies for a leading European telecommunications and broadcast infrastructure provider. Analysis of the telecommunications and broadcast infrastructure market, identification of high-growth segments within the existing portfolio and benchmark analysis comparing the home market with foreign markets. Analysis of existing business segments on the basis of predefined KPIs, identification of business segments with above-/below-average performance, identification of optimisation and outsourcing potential. Deduction of strategy options, identification of growth-boosting strategies.
