Internet of Things in the region Berlin and Brandenburg
On behalf of the Berlin Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises (SenWEB) and Brandenburg Invest (WFBB) Goldmedia has carried out a study on the subject IoT (Internet of Things) in the region Berlin-Brandenburg.
The aim of the analysis was to gather comprehensive information on the companies and other stakeholders in the area of Internet of Things (IoT) at the Berlin-Brandenburg location in order to lay the foundations and starting points for further political steps, i.a. the development of measures to promote IoT companies in Berlin and Brandenburg.
Goldmedia carried out an online survey among all IoT players in Berlin and Brandenburg, expert interviews and a comprehensive web search, in which all websites of the companies were recorded using a coding scheme. In this way, priorities, strengths and weaknesses of the IoT actors in Berlin-Brandenburg were identified and recommendations for action derived.
