Multi-stakeholder strategy workshop on the topic of electromobility
In 2015, Goldmedia supported the Berlin Agency for Electromobility (subsidiary of the business development organization Berlin Partner) in further developing their consultation and support services for implementing the Electromobility 2020 action plan for the federal states of Berlin and Brandenburg.
Using the framework of a multi-stakeholder strategy workshop with 100 participants, concrete approaches to steadying the growth of new electromobility projects and the development and continuation of existing projects before the background of an altered arrangement of aid were created.
On the basis of the workshop's results, a strategy paper is currently in development for the future alignment of the agency's services with changed aid arrangements.
