Digital strategy for the private radio

On behalf of the Media Authority of Baden-Württemberg (LFK) Goldmedia produced a scenario analysis based on the development and the digitalisation of the radio market in Baden-Württemberg until 2025.

The aim was to create a market model able to provide current data and predictions for the medium and long-term strategic planning of LFK.

The results were processed in an interactive Excel sheet in order to simulate the impacts of different scenarios on revenues, market share and cost-cover ratio of radio broadcasting.
