Business consulting for start-up companies


Within the framework of a funding initiative by the Creative Coaching Center (KCC) that aimed to support start-ups and young companies in Berlin, Goldmedia took on the consulting services for a start-up company working in the field of media resonance analysis. For this, Goldmedia developed a comprehensive short and medium-term strategy.

An integral part of the mandate was first to develop detailed competition and market analyses as well as specifying the core competencies and main business areas. Goldmedia supported the company in structuring its revenues and costs, in creating the product portfolio, and in concretely pricing its services. Another key part of the consulting service was opening up new customer bases and directly acquiring customers. Goldmedia was not only involved in consultation, but also invested in the newly positioned company, becoming a minority shareholder.
