Goldmedia at Multi-Screen TV 2012, February 8-9, 2012, Berlin

The relatively nascent multi-screen industry is changing the very foundations of how we watch TV.  However, TV across multiple devices is still a new area and to really reap the rewards we must address some significant challenges. Multi-screen strategies are needed, technological issues must be resolved, standardisation is required, content protection is a necessity, others are looking to find the best business models, some need to establish how the tablet can be utilized to its full potential.

Multi-screen TV 2012, taking place 8-9 February in Berlin, is a conference designed to address these issues and offer a forum for innovation and collaboration for 2012 and beyond. The major telcos, pay TV operators, content owners, broadcasters and technology providers will discuss their solutions.

More diverse access options have increased both users and variety in services. The world of Internet TV already encompasses not only Internet-only TV stations, but also the traditional media’s video and online services, diverse video-sharing platforms, multi-channel portals, media stores, non-commercial services, and corporate TV.
